AI TRANSPARENCY
Meet Aileen. Know her limits.
Preview information · Reviewed 16 October 2026. This describes the demo and published information available to us; it is not a legal certification. Business-specific policy details require approval before commercial launch.
You are interacting with AI
Aileen is a fictional, AI-generated receptionist character representing AI Revenue Capture. The receptionist-and-robot artwork was generated using AI and is not a photograph of a real employee. The guided chat and booking walkthrough are scripted website demonstrations, not human conversations or real appointment bookings.
Guided voice and live AI are different
Optional narration in the walkthrough uses your browser’s speech synthesis. Available voices depend on your browser and device. The separate live voice widget connects to the existing Vapi assistant only after you enable it and start a call through the provider’s interface. Microphone access requires a separate browser permission.
Live voice calls may be recorded, transcribed or summarised. Do not share sensitive information. The provider-side opening disclosure, recording status and retention settings must be verified before commercial launch. A consent button for optional website functionality is not a substitute for a lawful basis or call-recording notice.
Limits and human alternatives
The demo does not provide medical, legal or financial advice, clinical triage, emergency support or decisions about eligibility for services. AI can make mistakes. Confirm important booking or payment details with the business. For a person, email hello@getairevenuecapture.com or book an audit. Client deployments must have a tested handover process.
EU AI Act and UK use
The European Commission states that Article 50 transparency obligations apply from 2 August 2026. This design includes first-interaction disclosures; it is not a certification that the complete system meets every AI Act requirement. Provider and deployer roles, risk classification, AI literacy and any synthetic-content marking duties need an assessment of the actual system. UK GDPR and PECR duties must be assessed separately for UK processing.
