Lucky 10 pilot
The offer is for the first ten eligible businesses that sign a pilot agreement, subject to actual availability. Six weeks of service have no service fee; the flat running-cost fee is €79, ex VAT, including 600 minutes. Additional minutes are €0.20/min, ex VAT. A booked audit does not reserve a pilot place. No unverified remaining-place count is shown.

Setup is 50% off on every commitment. Commit for 1 year: 25% off in year 1, with 25% loyalty discounts on renewal in years 2 and 3. Commit for 2 years: 25% off in year 1, 50% off in year 2, then 25% off on renewal for year 3. Commit for 3 years: 25% off in year 1, then 50% off in years 2 and 3.
Three year comparisons include discounted setup and 36 monthly payments, with the stated renewal assumptions. They exclude the pilot fee, usage overages and VAT. GBP values are estimates converted from EUR totals and rounded; they are not a separately guaranteed sterling tariff.
Participation and service scope
Pilot participation includes an agreed success metric, feedback calls at weeks 2 and 6, and agreement about case study, testimonial and logo use. Features depend on the chosen Answer, Book or Grow plan and agreed integration scope. Confirm billing, renewal process, cancellation, early termination, refunds, support, service levels, liability, complaints and data-processing obligations in the signed agreement before payment or activation. No automatic renewal, refund promise or service-level guarantee is created by this preview.
