What this preview processes

Purpose, lawful basis and retention
Website delivery, responding to enquiries and arranging requested audits need purpose-specific lawful bases. Before collecting production enquiries, the controller must document and disclose the applicable basis for each activity, including any legitimate interests assessment, contract steps, consent or legal obligation relied on. No marketing consent is bundled into a booking or voice permission.
The page-memory demo clears on refresh or close. The preference record is checked for expiry after six months. Provider retention, enquiry retention, call recording retention, client-data deletion and backup periods are not verified by this preview and must be specified or supported by clear retention criteria before those production flows launch.
Providers and international transfers
The provider page distinguishes the preview from the original production stack. Some services use global infrastructure or process data in the United States. “EU based” must not be read as “all processing remains in the EU”. The controller must assess applicable adequacy arrangements, contractual safeguards and transfer risks for the actual account configuration.
Your choices and rights
Contact the privacy email to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, or to object where applicable. Rights depend on the legal basis and circumstances. Optional live AI permission can be withdrawn through ; withdrawal does not delete information already processed by a voice provider. Contact the business about that information. Use email or booking instead of live AI if preferred.
You can complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission or, where relevant, the UK Information Commissioner. No solely automated decision with legal or similarly significant effect is implemented in this guided demo.
